I love Luxembourg, it will always have a weather surprise for you. One day there will be sun, then a week full of rain, you never know what will come next - so exciting!!! I enjoy my really cool internship, wait for the diploma ceremony in Winter (byebye student life forever) and shoot beautiful moments as much as I can in my spare time here. Before heading to the Spanish side of life I thought it was a good idea to be ready for Autumn as I will not have much time for myself (and for shopping) when coming back from the holidays. Over the past weeks I had lots of work in photography and I'm glad I can have a break now before going back to Uni in Brussels. I currently enjoy the cool days in Luxembourg because I know what is expecting me in a few days... real Summer in Lanzarote! Of course I will take my Nikon with me (my first big Summer trip with my heavy camera) and report about the places and other stuff discovered over here..
The outfit... nothing so ordinary.. Leather and jeans - my favourite combination. The cowboy ankle boots are my new 'must have' for Fall 2015. They look classy and cool at the same time, are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Thanks to my blogger friend Sun for the shooting!

My outfit for Christmas. Modest desaturated colours meet shiny accessories. I love the cardigan because of its strong cut and tight fabric full of glimmering pigments in grey tones that remind me of the glitter shoes worn in this outfit as well. The ring of the Konplott Art Deco Oriental collection is my little lucky charm. It looks magical, mysterious and elegant at the same time. As you see, I'm totally into sparkling this year but I didn't want to look like a Christmas glitter ball so that's the result. Tadaaa! My personal favourites for Christmas 2014. The list starts with a brand-new designer headphone and ends with classic macarons but extra-dressed for this festive period! I love sweets, tea as well as stylish technology newbies. So here we go - Christmas gift ideas 2014 for him and for her, for daddy, auntie or a colleague! CANDY BOX | Chocolate House + Cinnamon Home
This set is made of hand-crafted items all available in Luxembourg! It was my own idea to combine them! :D I think the different departments of the box filled with chocolate make the whole thing look like a big surprise full of discoveries! For me it's like holding Christmas in my hands! I'm a big fan of Chocolate House. The place is beautiful and cozy, the staff adorable and the chocolate unique. The home-made spoons are the speciality of the house. You dip them into hot milk and there you are - a perfect hot chocolate in several flavours. I wrote an article about the house some weeks ago, read it here. The other thing that makes this set looking so pretty is the wooden box of Cinnamon home, an online shop based in Luxembourg as well! The box is made by Danish designers and I love its retro look and pleasant smell of wood!

This new little elegant mirror-less camera is my personal highlight of the year. It's available in grey and black as well! I wrote a whole review about it that you can read here. I'd say it's a solid present for everyone who loves taking pictures, professionally or not and who is attracted by old-school and retro fashion.

Tee Geschwendner is a tea shop in Luxembourg-City and when you get in, you hardly go out without tea. I love their big variety of tea! They don't only sell black and green tea, but also several sorts of fruit tea and organic herbal infusions. This Christmas box contains an organic herbal tea, ginger-cinnamon-anise honey, a spoon and a bonbon. The packaging is very festive and the content not only tasty but also healthy for this cold season! There are different boxes in the shop!

My personal highlight of the month - the Max Mara scarf!

19th Of November. Lady Panoplie - a ladies night at the Vins Fins wine bar in the Grund, Luxembourg City. This small bar is interesting because of their organic and biodynamic wine selection. It's quiet small inside but very cozy at the same time due to the decoration and weak lightening. The bar welcomed us with a drink and finger food. You could sit down and let a hairdresser offer you a creative bun hairstyle or check out a some second hand clothes and accessories.. I'm glad I discovered the place through this event. The goodie bag we received at the end was filled with...advertising. Aaargh! Anyway, looking forward to more of such ladies nights...
The Brussels Fashion Days are held during this weekend (17th-19th October) at the Egg in.. Brussels. Three days full of fashion shows accompanied by a hair & make-up bar sponsored by Mac cosmetics and l'Oréal Pro, workshops, a pop- up store, fashion talks, a permanent casting for models and funny photo shootings. We were invited to come on Friday evening. Arrived, we came in, received our green wristbands and went to the bar where I was staggered by the charge for the drinks.. What I really liked is the weird lounge where all the furniture is upside down! Then the band began to play: people stormed into the hall to find their seats.. We didn't find ours, walked around and.. around before being told that our seat numbers had changed. We walked around and...around to find our updated seat numbers and finally sat where we were standing. People around us found themselves in the same situation and followed our advice to take a seat anywhere. The show by MAD Brussels began! Super cool selection of Belgian schools. I enjoyed seing Asian inspiration, ballet slippers, skin and rough fabric in this big variety. The young designers - Anouk Fallon, Marie Roy, Ilike Cop, Marine Leclercq, Seda Djanti, Dolorès Gossye, Louise Deharre, Nele Berckmans, Sophie de Moor and Emmanuel Beguinot.

It may look weird to wear the dress and the trainers at the same time, but I often like it that way... My philosophy is - you're 22, you don't want to look and feel overdressed, so allow yourself all kind of combos. I love the effect of this green houndstooth pattern matched to the golden brilliance of the watch, earrings and zippers. The sleeve details are my personal eyecatcher, they remind me of dinosaur spikes!! And the Capricorn hanging on my ears make the whole thing sound like a zoo... Fabulous! Pleated black skirt and glossy moccasins forming a contrast to the nude silk v-neck blouse, my outfit for the new term. I love this leather-like fabric that offers freshness to the old-school knee-lenght cut of the skirt. Lots of girls want to accent their figure with figure-hugging clothes and mini-skirts. I think it's a mistake, your body is not head cheese! Let's breathe deeply and... swing!!
